Same day delivery

We offer same-day delivery to selected postcodes within 15 miles radius from Maidenhead (SL6), Berkshire. You can check whether this service is available for your postcode by using our Postcode Checker

All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Saturday will be delivered the same day.

Delivery times are between 5pm and 9pm Monday to Saturday.

PLEASE NOTE: NO DELIVERIES ON SUNDAY

Scheduled delivery

We also offer a scheduled delivery for the customers who are within our Same Day delivery area. Customers can select a convenient delivery date while placing the order. You can check whether this service is available for your postcode by using our Postcode Checker

Delivery times are between 5pm and 9pm on the selected delivery date.

Postal delivery

All UK postcode areas where we don’t provide same-day or scheduled delivery service, customers can choose to get their deliveries through our courier partners. The following are the terms for postal deliveries.

All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday will be shipped the same day and you can expect it to be delivered by our courier partners the next business day. Although we have a premium next day delivery service with our delivery partners sometimes due to various factors beyond our control this may be delayed.

All orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will only be shipped on Monday as there are no courier collections on Friday.

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & British Isles

Orders from the following postcodes will be delivered within 48 hours.

ZE, HS, IM, GY, JE, PA, PH, IV, KW, BT

All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Wednesday will be dispatched the same day and you can expect it to be delivered within 48 hours by our delivery partners.

All orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Saturday delivery

We offer a premium Saturday delivery service for the customers in the Mainland UK excluding the following postcodes.

ZE, HS, IM, GY, JE, PA, PH, IV, KW, BT

There is a separate Saturday Delivery charge as this is a premium service from our delivery partners. Customers can select their preferred Saturday during the checkout process.
